Costs involved in representing you for Traffic Offences

Our general initial consultation fee is applicable in traffic offences, however, where your matter goes beyond ordinary consultation, we charge you a fixed fee in certain offences, but most serious offences require disbursements (other expenses), like instructing barristers or obtaining third party reports to prove your case in court if there need to explore that stage.

 

Meanwhile, there are significant number of complex traffic offences from the list below, that requires quick legal representation which fees are charged according to the nature of the offence, experience of the lawyer dealing with the case, location of the offence and its complexity

This is usually based on our hourly rate, if it does not require physical court attendance, since you might probably just want advice on the possible outcome and by helping to complete the court documentation and prepare a positive mitigation in order to possibly reduce magistrate's sanctioned costs. But if we are to attend, the price range is between £600 and £1500
